I mentioned this before but I will say it again. There’s A LOT of churches here. They say there is more per capita than anywhere in the world.
I believe it.

Today is Sunday and I think, and don’t quote me, but I’ve heard that Jamaica has the highest number of churches per square km. With that statistic in mind there are A LOT of people going to church on Sunday. Here’s some portraits of the attendees. Photos by Sam Diephuis

I am now settling in, in the little town of Gordon Town in the hills (which are actually mountains) above Kingston.
This is a picture of the place I’ve been staying. Really nice to return here after all the hustle and bustle of Kingston.
Got to get to sleep.
